by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This guided meditation invites relaxation, deep breathing, and awareness of the body and heart, emphasizing that all experience happens only in the present moment. It reframes past and future as thoughts arising now, encouraging attention to the still, ever-present “right now” as a source of peace, clarity, and wisdom. By anchoring in this present moment, we are gently guided to reconnect with inner stillness, unconditional love, and a deeper capacity to meet life with trust and ease.
In This Present Moment
In this present moment, you can relax, make yourself comfortable, and take a few deep, nurturing breaths.
Feel your body.
Feel your body relax.
As you quiet down, breathe into your heart space.
As human beings, we utilize time. We live in the construct of time.
But the truth is, it's always right now.
Whenever you check in, it's always right now, isn't it?
There really never is any other time.
Breathe yourself into this present moment.
Let this moment be empty, fresh, and unknown.
There is no past and no future in this present moment. What we call the past is just thought. Memories that are recalled in this present moment. What we call the future exists only as potential.
Just thoughts, plans, and ideas that we have in this present moment.
Breathe into your heart space. Feel the energetic vibrations there.
Allow the energy from your heart to overflow into your whole body.
Feel the feeling of feeling your body.
As you pay attention to this present moment, see if you can discover when this moment turns into the next moment.
The content can change, but does the moment?
We only need to focus on what is happening right now in this present moment.
Everything you experience and ever will experience, everything you learn and feel, and everything you ever will learn and feel, will only happen in the present moment.
Because it's always right now. There isn't any other time.
Breathe deeply into your heart space.
Feel into the rich, deep, and infinite space of your heart.
Feel your quietness, your presence in this present moment.
This is where you access the infinite wisdom of your higher self and your own direct connection to Source.
This is where you discover the presence of unconditional love and the peace that is beyond all understanding.
In this present moment, breathe into the fathomless stillness of your being.
Feel the presence of your own loving self.
Feel the presence of peace.
It is here, in this very moment, that you reconnect to your higher consciousness, your profound wisdom, your radiant love, your infinite peace, your bubbling joy, and your immeasurable beauty.
Take another deeper breath and let yourself relax, soften, and release a little more.
We all get distracted, fascinated, and feel compelled to fulfill our responsibilities.
Yet the mystery is real. And the truth reveals that you will be better at all you need and want to do when you anchor yourself in this present moment.
It's always your choice where you place your focus, what you focus on, and from where, within you, you meet the world.
And remember that pausing for a few deep breaths can bring you into the infinite presence of your own heart.
A place to stop and rest, and feel. A place of greater perspective. A place where you can trust yourself.
This ever-present moment of infinite potential.
It really is always right now.

by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This guided meditation reflects on concepts like ascension and conscious evolution, emphasizing that true growth comes from turning inward rather than relying on external authorities or purely intellectual understanding. It guides the listener through grounding practices that center awareness in the present moment, encouraging self-trust, emotional openness, and connection to the body. Ultimately, the message frames ascension as an inner journey of conscious presence, self-love, and feeling into one’s own deeper being.
Getting There ~ Being HereWe’ve all heard a lot about ascension and conscious evolution.
Where are we going? What is ascension? What is conscious evolution? What is consciousness?
Hmm … it’s good to keep wondering and discovering what’s true for you.
We’ve all been taught to think about everythingand to try to figure it all out from a mental, intellectual perspective. We want to understand everything we possibly can.And all that learning, intellectualizing and understandinghas gotten us to where we are, which is different for everyone.
Because we are all in the center of our own world and universe. No one else’s life is exactly like yours. You are the central character in your universe.
I – You – We see everything through our own unique personal experiences, our own beliefs and perspectives, our own education, conditioning, assumptions and understanding. That’s how we each experience our world.
We’ve also been trained to usually put someone or something elsein the center of our lives and even of ourselves –maybe religious teachings, spiritual teachings, political ideologies, all kinds of beliefs and rules of behavior – as we try so hard to figure out who we truly areand what’s the meaning of our lives and how can we get it right.
Our natural inner call to give, love, care, and be of servicehas often been hijacked and distorted to exclude ourselves, and to believe we need to earn love, approval, recognition, and even our very right to exist from an external source of authority.
We live in a paradigm reality where we mostly believethat what we need is outside of us.
What a fascinating challenge! What a captivating and exquisite challenge for the sovereignEternal Source Energy Beings that we truly are.
Let us meet these insights with compassion and forgivenessfor ourselves and for others.
Let’s move forward with no blame.
As Native American grandmother Agnes Pilgrim said, “We’re all in this leaky canoe together.”
Right now is a good time to pause, to take a break fromall that we have carefully and painstakingly accumulatedin our voluminous mental filing cabinets.
Take in a deep breath and expand your chest, and relax as you exhale.
Take a few deep focused breaths.Expand your chest as you breathe inand relax your shoulders as you breathe out.Three times.
Take a moment to reset and settle into this present moment.
Feel yourself in the center of your being, and breathe into the center of you.
And from this place, notice that between what’s to the left of youand what’s to the right of you, there’s a central point within you.Take a moment to feel the place where left and rightmeet within you.
Feel into that neutral central point.
And between what’s in front of you and what’s behind you, there’s a central place where they meet within you.
Notice what this feels like. And whatever it feels like, it’s all okay.
Feeling here into the center of you, keep breathing, feel your body, and feel yourself grounded to Mother Earthas you feel yourselfin the very center of your being.
Between the past and the future, there’s a neutral point within us.
Feel into the central neutral space within youbetween the past and the future, here, right now.
Feel into right now.
Keep noticing your breath.Breathing is always right now.
Feel your body.Feeling your body is always right now.
Staying present means to keep your focus here.Right now is always here.
It’s only our thoughts, our attention, and our focusthat travel all over the place.
Feel your body.Breathe into the center of your being.
And it’s here within us, within you, that we find our consciousness, our center, our self.
It’s here where we consciously experience ourselvesand the love that we are.
And it is our consciousness that is evolving.Your conscious awareness of yourself.Ascension begins and continues,as an inner journey.
An ever deepening journey into the awarenessand experience of your own infiniteinner being, in the embrace of yourhuman experience and embodiment.
Ascension evolves through a feeling journey. Allowing yourself to feel all your emotions and experienceswith curiosity and kindness to yourself.
Feel into yourself, you, you in the very center.Feel your awareness.Engage your breath.Feel your body and your connectionto Mother Earth.
Gather your focus into the undesignatedopenness of right now.
And let yourself soften into the richness of new feelingsand new sensations in all parts of yourembodied human being.
Trust yourself. Let your mind serve you, not lead you.
Let your soul, your heart, and yourinfinite being take the lead.
And where are we going?
What are you truly longing for?
Feel the longing. Feel the power of your longingvibrating in your body, heart, and soul.
And see what you discover right here,in through the only moment there is, right now.
With patience in your heart, trusting the openness, trusting the love that you are.
Trusting what reveals in you and through you.
And consciously hosting this patience, this trustin the love that you are, anchored in being present.
Feel yourself embodied, grounded, powerful, and alive.
Notice your breath moving in and out, like waves upon the shore, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, taking you deeper and deeper into your beautiful, fathomless self.
Just being here.

It leads the listener through repeated focused-breathing exercises to promote relaxation, release tension, and cultivate resilience. Throughout, it reinforces themes of gentleness, kindness, and self-love as sources of inner strength and healing.Your Reservoir Of ResilienceBe aware of your current experience, whatever it is.
Notice your breathing and feel your body.
Take a deeper breath and let it go.
Notice what feelings are present. And know that whatever you’re feeling, it’s okay.
You can feel it allwith curiosity and kindness for yourself.
And whatever is there, it’s all okay, because you’re okay.
You are, deep inside, truly okay.
Just keep breathing, and let it all be just as it is.
We’ll practice some focused breathing now,so you can discover and experienceyour reservoir of resilience.
Make sure your breathing is always comfortable for you.
Breathe into your chest and feel your chest expand, and as you exhale, let your shoulders relax.
Breathe in again, expanding your chest, then breathe out slowly, and feel yourself relax.
Breathe in once more and expand your heart.
Slowly exhale and say, “Relax,” to yourself.
Feel what’s happening in your body.
Be gentle with yourself, and take a few more breaths.
Breathe into your heart space, expanding your chest, and as you exhale, relax.
Inhale, expand your chest.
Exhale, relax.
Inhale, expand your chest
Exhale, relax.
Feel your body, and feel your connection to Mother Earththrough the force of gravity.
Feel Mother Earth holding you.
Let’s continue to experiencethe healing power of breathing.
Breathe in and expand your chest. Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Release.”
Breathe in and expand your heart. Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Let go.”
Breathe in and open your heart. Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Relax.”
Let your breath effortlessly regulate now, however it wants to, however you want to.
Notice how you’re feeling.
When you breathe in and expand your chest, you make more space for yourself.
Feel the peaceful spaciousness within you.
And when you breathe out,you also make more space for yourself.
You are relaxing and letting go,releasing energies no longer needed.
Let them go.
Take another deep breath, and as you exhale, feel the relief of letting go.
But exhaling isn’t only about releasing,it’s also how we infuse energies and frequenciesinto our bodies.
We absorb energy as we breathe in,and can infuse that energy into our bodies as we exhale.
Breath is filled not only with oxygen, but with life-force energy, and in Sanskrit, the breath and the life-force energy have the same name:
Prana.
Take another deep breath, and slowly exhale into your body, directing the energy into the cells of your body.
Breathe in again, a nice deep breath.Expand your chest and let it fill.
Then slowly exhale into your body.
Feel the life-force energies flowing into your body.
And once more, breathe deeplyinto your beautiful heart.
Pause.
And slowly exhale while infusing your bodywith healing life-force energies.
Now just take a comfortable cleansing breath, and let it go.
Notice what you are feeling and experiencing now.
How are you feeling?
Your breath is an ever-present resourceof comfort and resilience.
Throughout the day, remember to pause and focus on your breathing, and shift into focused breathing anytime you like.
The basic focus breathing practice is simple and easy.
You mentally say to yourself, “Breathe in and expand your chest,”and then, “Breathe out and relax.”
Three times in a row.
You can practice this now.
Mentally say to yourself, “Breathe in and expand your chest,”and then mentally say, “Breathe out and relax.”
Take three breaths, mentally guiding yourself now.
You will release what’s no longer needed, and infuse your body with fresh life-force energy, and the more you practice this, when nothing too intense is going on,the more you replenish your reservoir of resiliencefor moments when things heat up.
Of course, you can do any kind of conscious breathingthat feels good to you.
This is just one option.
And keep some portion of your awarenesson your breathing as I keep talking.
Focused breathing is very helpful to interruptnegative thinking, overthinking, or racing thoughts, because you immediately redirect your thoughtsto focus on something else – your breathing.
Focused breathing helps when you feel exhausted,as you release and relax, and then infuse your bodywith vital life-force energy.
And it will help you return to calmness,no matter how intense things get.
You can apply focused breathing to support youthrough whatever is happening.
You have a reservoir of powerfuland comforting resilience within you, that fills and replenishes through focused breathing, and with each conscious breath, you make more space for yourself.
Your breath can, and will, heal youin miraculous and beautiful ways.
It just takes focus and application.
And is always available, every moment of every day.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be kind and loving with yourself.
Let’s activate these qualities right now by breathing into them.
Breathe in gentleness.
Feel it enter your heart.
And as you exhale, feel gentleness flowall through your body.
Breathe in kindness, and open your heart to receive it.
And as you exhale, feel the vibrations of kindnessflowing through you.
Breathe in love, and fill your heartto overflowing.
And as you slowly exhale, feel that love take youall the way home to yourself.
And feel how abundantyour reservoir of resilience is now!
