by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This guided meditation invites listeners to recognize the inner critic as an automatic pattern of negative self-talk that gains power through attention and emphasizes that we have the choice to stop listening to it. By consciously redirecting attention to the present moment—through breathing, bodily awareness, or sensory focus—and meeting wounded parts with compassion instead of judgment, the inner critic can be “deleted.” This practice restores agency, peace of mind, and access to clarity, kindness, and inner wisdom.
Peace of Mind - Deleting the Inner CriticThe mind, our beautiful mind.
Our intelligence, insights, intuition, creativity, wonder, vision, and so much glorious capacity in our mindwhen it is free, clear, and peaceful.
But our minds are not always free, clear, and peaceful.
Have you noticed?
Is there sometimes a negative voice in your head?
For most of us, there is an inner critic,a voice in our head of self-criticism, self-judgment,and negative self-talk.
Take a deep focused breath, inhale and expand your chest, exhale and relax your shoulders.
As you keep breathing, consider that within your mind there is bothspeaking and listening going on.
Things are said and listened to in our mind.Sometimes we are more identified with the speaker, and sometimes we’re more identified with the listener.
Keep focusing on your breathing to regulate yourselfinto feeling a more peaceful vibration.
Our thoughts are often just rambling on and on,and we’re attentively listening, without consciously choosing to do so.It can be hypnotically automatic.
Let’s call this the inner critic, comprised of what seems likean inner judge, an inner controller, self-criticism,and negative self-talk.
Does this ever go on in your mind? How do you feel about that?
As you take some deeper breaths, considersilencing the inner critic whenever you want toand deleting it for good.
How does that feel?
You do have choice.
And you can delete the inner critic and all its voices.
This is a great turning point for us,for all of us,to realize that we can have more agencyand control over what happensin our beautiful minds.
This is why the power of your focus, the ability to steer your attention as you desire,is such a treasure.
There are many wounded parts of ourselves as well, which deserve compassion, forgiveness, and loving-kindness,not criticism.
Take a few deeper breaths. And as you do, bring some compassion, some forgiveness, and breathe loving-kindnessinto yourself.
We are adaptable, accommodating beings, and we have somehow accepted this infiltrationinto our mental body as normal.
Because we learn from everything we experience,we may have created some value from hosting the inner critic, unaware that it is an infiltration and thatit doesn’t belong to us, or in us.
It’s time to say no. No more. It’s time to hit delete, like a virus in our computers infiltrating the operating system.Delete it. Erase it.
You can do this! It just takes application, determination, perseverance, and kindness to yourself.
Ask yourself, is there really anything else you need to learnfrom being criticized, judged, abused, and bulliedby a voice in your head?
Are you ready to be done with that kind of infiltrationin your mental body?
It takes a dedicated commitment to not listen. To realize it has nothing to offer you.
Does it ever make you feel good?
It’s your choice.
And you have the power and the freedom to choosewhere you place your attention, and what you listen to,inside your head and outside your head.
Of course, sometimes there are sirens going on outside, and sometimes there are sirens going on inside, and we do need to listen.
But we get to listen from a place of conscious awareness, not just automatic hypnotic attention.
Once you absolutely decide not to listen, you empower yourself to say no.
Like a child who puts their fingers in their earsand says, “nah, nah, nah,” we can do that.
No need to think about it too much, just say, “No, I’m done.”
Be aware that the inner critic switches back and forthas a speaker and a listener inside your head,a switch and bait tactic.
So be conscious of both. Especially pay attentionto the part of you that’s listening.
And know you can at any timeconsciously redirect your attentionaway from listening to negative self-talk,which is always about the past or the future.
So placing your attention in the present momentinstantly liberates your mind.
It really doesn’t take long to silence that voiceonce you decide you’re not going to listento any of it at all.
As you diligently practice consciously redirectingyour attention every time the inner critic shows up,you will strengthen your capacity to focus as you choose. You will delete that voice and erase that programinfiltrating your mind.
You will free your beautiful mind.
Take another few deep focused breaths.Expand your chest as you breathe in,and relax your shoulders as you breathe out.Three times.
Here are some ways to instantly turn off the inner critic in any moment:First and foremost, be vigilant to notice whenever it shows up.
The inner critic feeds on your attention. Don’t give it any attention. You will delete it by completely eliminatingit from your attention.
Consciously take over both the speaking and the listening parts of your mind, they both belong only to you.Take your power back.
Catch yourself when your mind is off and running, and immediately redirect your attentionto focus on something else, anything else.
You can focus on your breathing, count your breaths, and feel your body.
Mentally name and focus on one body part at a timeas you scan your body.
Focus on anything that’s happening around you in the present moment, say something about it in your head,or name what you see around you.
Name what colors you see.
Listen to the sounds around you;
Sing, hum, or chant, giving each sound your full attention.
These are just some ways to ignore the inner criticso fully that it will die off.
It needs your attention to exist. If you don’t feed it, it cannot survive.
Stay focused in the present moment.
And be gentle with yourself.
If you find you’ve been listening for a while to an old story, especially do not let that negative voice jump inand criticize you about that!
Take another deep breath and exhale with a big sigh.
To free yourself from the inner criticis a most precious gift you can give yourself.
You will have more access to your infinite wisdomand your personal sovereignty.
You will be able to meet each moment from a place ofpeace, compassion, and forgiveness.
You will be able to center yourself in wonder, curiosity, and kindness.
You will be able to fully trust in the lovethat you truly are.
And you will have peace of mind.

by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This guided meditation invites deep relaxation and self-remembering through slow, heart-centered breathing and awareness of inner peace. It encourages pausing the momentum of striving to feel love, caring, and compassion flowing through the heart, allowing unconditional self-acceptance. Bhavani reminds the listener that true transformation comes from feeling and loving oneself fully, recognizing their eternal nature as a being of infinite love and radiant light.
A Radical TransformationWe’ve all journeyed for a long time.
Let’s slow downand take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in to the heart spaceand breathing out, letting go and relaxing.
As you remain aware of the rhythm of your breath, shift to a higher perspective where you can reflecton how much you have truly evolved already.
You can really relax now.
It’s okay. It’s more than okay.
It’s essential.
You can discover and remember so much moreof yourself when you are relaxed and at peace.
Feel into your inner peace.
Let the gentle vibrations of peacepermeate your body and your whole being.
Part of this radical transformationis allowing ourselves to pause and relax.
We need to pause the momentum of our doing, our striving, and our planning, and let ourselves step back, breathe, and remember who we really are.
Feel your body.
Breathe into your heart spaceand relax into a quiet, peaceful, open state of being.
Feel how much you care.
Feel how much you careabout someone you love,or several someones,or about Mother Nature.
Feel how much you care about yourself.
And feel the vibrationof caring in your heart.
Be curious about what’s happening in your heart.
This caring you feel is an aspect of love.
Feel how caring comes from love.
Feel this love flowing through your heart.
Feel the love flowing through your heartand into your whole body.
Feel yourself breathing in pure loveand feel the love flow into your whole being.
Feel yourself being loved.
This love flows unceasinglyfrom an infinite source.
It infuses your whole being, loving you, just as you are, loving yourself unconditionally.
If you notice any impediments, just let them be there.
If you notice any resistance, just let it be there too, offering compassion to yourself.
And feel the relief of letting go.
Feel into your caring heart and love yourself.
Bring in kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.
Love yourself with gentleness and great joy.
No matter how much pain and suffering you have ever feltor even may be feeling now, love yourself unconditionally.
Be willing to keep feeling.
That is the most radical transformation there is.
You are an eternal being of infinite love, and no matter how far away from Sourceyou have ever believed yourself to be,nothing can change the truth of who you are.
Keep being curious about what you feelas you allow yourself to love yourselfwith unconditional love.
You can repurpose your striving and your planningto be aware of every momentwhen you feel and remember this truth:that you are an eternal being of pure, infinite loveand effervescent, radiant light.
Every breath is an opportunity to pause, breathe into your heart space, and relax.
So you can remind yourselfthat you are a being of love and light, over and over again.
And love yourself!

by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This guided meditation invites gentle awareness of desire by feeling longing directly in the body and heart, without analysis, allowing breath and presence to soften and deepen the experience. It suggests that our deepest longings—such as to be loved, seen, and at peace—vibrate at the same frequency as what we seek, revealing an inner wholeness already available. By resting in this quiet presence, desire becomes a guide back to our true nature of love, light, and infinite being.
The Heart Of Desire
Take a few deep breathsand settle into this present moment.
Let the word desire drop into your mind.Say it a few times to yourself.
Notice what you are feeling.
Bring curiosity and innocence to this inquiry.
And use your breath to calmand comfort yourself as needed.
We all know the feeling of wanting something, what it feels like to want something.
Think of something you want.Something you really deeply want.
Focus on the feeling of wanting,of longing, of desire.
Notice where you feel this in your body.
And there are things we want to feel by fulfillingour desires, by getting what we want.
What is it you want to feel as a resultof fulfilling what you desire?
Bring openness and wonder to this inquiry.
Stay present in your heart, feel your body, and breathe a bit more fully.Be consciously aware of all you are feeling.
Maybe you can notice long-held desires in the depths of your heart.
Desires to be seen, to be appreciated,to be loved, cherished, and trusted.
Maybe desires for meaning, purpose, truth.Maybe desires for inner peace, youthfulness, forgiveness.
So many things you might find there.
Feel the wanting, the deep longingin your heart. And bypass any thinking.
Breathe into the feeling of longing, and with each exhalation let gointo more quietness.
Be aware of the sensations of longing vibrating in the depths of your heart.
And feel the longing vibrate at the very frequencyof what you long for.
The longing and what you long for –
They reveal each other, they dance together with joy and excitementwithin you.
You can have and experience it all right now.
Feel yourself breathing.Softly opening your heart a little morein wonder and trust.
Reach deep into your longing. It might feel like an ancient yearning.
Let your longing take you deeper into the heartof your deepest desires.
And feel them met there with the resourcesof your infinite being.
In the quietness within you,you can have everything you’ve ever longed for.
Being present in this moment –
Who knew that our desires could be such a treasure?
We are discovering so much about ourselves!
Let your deepest longings lead the wayand guide your journey home –
to your truth –
your infinite being –
of love and light –
Your Glorious Self.

by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵This is a guided meditation inviting you to reconnect with your innate light, love, and compassion. Through gentle breathing and reflective guidance, this supports a shift from self-judgement towards kindness, gratitude, and presence. Listeners are encouraged to soften the heart, elevate awareness of what is nourishing and life-giving, consciously choose where their energy and attention rest, and allow light to expand within and around them.
Shimmering With Light
Take a deep breath,Feel your bodyAnd just notice whatever you are feeling, with curiosity and kindness to yourself. It’s all ok.Whatever you are feeling, it’s all ok.And it’s always changing.
We all want to be happier and to feel good.
We all want more light and less darkness in our world,in our lives, and in ourselves.
We are beings of light,of infinite light and pure, unconditional love.
Take a few moments to feel that light and lovein your heart.
Feel how much you care.
Feel your longing for more love.
You have so much love to give.
You have so much light to shine.
And both are growing stronger and brighter all the time.
Your own suffering has given you great compassion.
Like little children, human beings are inherentlyhappy, curious, and adorable.
Think of someone you love, which can be a person,an animal, a pet, a tree, a place in nature;
feel the love filling your heart.Feel the light that is there too, within you.
With each breath, feel yourself filling with light.Every cell and particle of your body, sparklingand shimmering with light.
When the light comes, where does the darkness go?
It is simply gone.
Take another deep breath,Feel your body,And keep filling with light, breathingand shining your light, brighter and brighter.
You can always bring more light into yourself.Stay plugged into Source, as a priority. And feel the difference.
Breathe the infinite light of Sourceinto your whole being.
Redirect your focus from what’s wrong to what’s going right. To what’s working in your life.To what you’re grateful for.To the many blessings. To the love and care you feel.
You wouldn’t be upset about all that’s wrong if you didn’t care.
Feel how much you care!
We’ve all become a little fascinated and even obsessedwith what’s wrong. It’s time to change our focus. It’s time to be vigilant about what we give our energy and our attention to,because we energize and amplify what we focus on.
And it’s time to have more fun!How filled with light we become when we laughand do things we really enjoy, like little happy children.
Focus on what you want the world to be, by being that yourself.
LovingKindForgivingPatientGentleFunnyStrongEmpoweredClear
And unwavering in your commitment to honor yourself.
Lovingly speak your truth, even when you’re triggered and upset.Especially when you’re triggered and upset, once you’ve calmed down a bit.
Lovingly communicate the truth of you, what you feeland what you truly long for.
What beautiful examples we becomeof self- empowered human beings.
Every moment and each breath is an opportunityto shine more light in your heart. For yourself, for others, and for the world.
Shine your light, and see what happens.
